About the Area
Sourdough is located in Sagle Idaho in Bonner County which is home to many events and adventures. Lake Pend Oreille and Schweitzer Mountain are two special places to recreate. Sandpoint is home to annual events of Lost in the Fifties, Long Bridge Swim, The Festival at Sandpoint and Winter Carnival to name a few. Downtown Sandpoint has many historic buildings, artist galleries, music venues and wineries, breweries and culinary hotspots. For pure old-fashioned fun, the Panida Theater can’t be beat for live entertainment and special shows. Enjoy scouting out hiking and biking trails, huckleberry picking and bird watching. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing and snowshoeing and more can fill up the year. Discover it all from nearby Sourdough Point.
